Manager - Mineral Processing
Job Description:
- Implement and oversee process optimization initiatives to maximize gold recovery and minimize operating costs.
- Collaborate with metallurgists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in processing techniques.
- Develop and manage production plans and schedules to meet production targets.
- Monitor and adjust processing parameters to optimize throughput and efficiency.
- Ensure the production of high-quality gold concentrate in compliance with established standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the processing stages.
- Ensure all processing activities comply with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to minimize workplace incidents and accidents.
Reqruirement:
- Min. Bachelor Degree / S1 Metallurgical Engineering or any related field.
- Min. 10 years of experiences as a Metallurgist.
- Experienced in gold mining company in prefered.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and environmental standards.
- In-depth knowledge of mineral processing, extraction methods, and metallurgical processes.
- Have excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Willing to be placed and or assigned in all working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk & Group.
