Production Control Staff
Main Job:
- Create materials supply plan that supports Production Pian and Delivery
- Calculate and analyze MRP result
- Maintain adequate materials stock levels for required production pian and minimize the potential Loss of Good Delivery
- Regular coordination with overseas supplier (JFE Steel Japan) for smooth execution of material supply plan Periodical review materials supply plan for always aligned with customer requirement, production and delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Math or Statistic
- Experienced in the steel or automotive industry
- Able to perform Material Requirement Plan (MRP) activity, supply/capacity/production planning, inventory management
- Have knowledge and experience in the field of MRP fundamentals, production planning & scheduling
- Able to manage material planning master data
- Strong analytical skills and drive for continuous improvement
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good communication in English, (Japanese will be advantage)
- Advance Ms Excel (PowerQuery+Power Pivot, DAX Formulas, VBA Macro)
- Live around Cikarang
